One man. One Bus. Three hundred and sixty miles of simulated post-apocalyptic desert, and the endless struggle between man and nature personified.

Desert Bus. The most realistic verisimilitude reality game ever created by man or beast or man-beast is here at last. So real in action, you’ll think you were really the driver of a bus crossing a Desert.

No way out, no way home but the long way - by tow truck. Desert Bus puts you, the player, to the ultimate test of endurance in this mind-numbing blowout experience. There is no other game quite like Desert Bus.

Originally conceived by Penn, Teller, and Eddie Gorodetsky, this game was made in support of the annual Desert Bus for Hope charity fundraiser for Childs Play, hosted by the crew from LoadingReadyRun.

Pros and cons of Desert Bus app for iPhone and iPad

Desert Bus app good for

This is by far the best bus driving game on iOS. 8+ hours of enjoyment!
Pulse-pounding action, death-defying stunts, epic thrills! Prepare yourself for the game of our generation.
Simply perfect. One of the best things to happen to mankind ever.
Haha! Okay, could have mentioned it was tilt controlled at the start. Ditched it immediately.
Cutting edge graphics, perfect controls, this game is the entire package.
I cant get over how accurate this game is! It really captures the spirit of the original.

Some bad moments

This game is a total crap u see the same thing over and over again!! Not even a house, a car nothing on the road!! Worst game ever!!
This SUCKS!! Hours of driving straight and nothing! People dont download this game and waste your money.
First how the hell do you get to menu and second you just sit and drive in a straight line all day
All the positive reviews are jokes. Desert Bus is deliberately boring and awful. This version is actually worse than the original Sega CD version, because it doesnt explain that it uses tilt controls. It also seems to show the time of day based on the iPhones clock, so if you start playing at night everything will be very dark and almost impossible to see on your iPhone under normal lighting.
The game has no goal to it you just drive in a straight line for hours and do nothing what a waste of money !
This game should be free. There nothing to t but to drive on a straight desert road with no cars, curves, turns, or anything else. You drive for ever without getting anywhere. The absolute most boring game ever. Dont buy this game or Desert Truck. Both are the same. I have no idea how Apple allows this game in the App Store and for the developer to charge for this stupid game.
